he Board and Card Games Administrative Center of General Administration of Sports of China (“China Qiyuan” or the “Board and Card Games Administrative Center”) was founded on October 24, 1991. Affiliated with General Administration of Sport of China, it is the highest leading organization of GO, Xiangqi, Bridge, Draughts, and Chess. On May 31, 2015, Ourgame entered into a 15-year cooperation framework agreement with the Board and Card Games Administrative Center and became the exclusive service provider to lead the informatization of integrated board and card games businesses. In addition, Ourgame got commercial exploitation rights in the realm of internet for the Board and Card Games Administrative Center and its regulatory agencies.

Founded in 2005, IMSA members include six founding international federations, namely World Bridge Federation (WBF), Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE), International Go Federation (IGF), Fédération Mondiale du Jeu de Dames (FMJD), the World Xiangqi Federation (WXF), and the Mahjong International League (MIL). IMSA is an international sport federation enjoyed high reputation worldwide and recognized by the General Association of International Sport Federation (GAISF). IMSA assembles leagues from more than 400 countries and regions and has hundreds of millions of members and participants around the world. In April 2017, Mr. NG Kwok Leung, the CEO of Ourgame, was elected as Vice President of IMSA.

World Bridge Federation (WBF) was founded in 1958 and WBF membership now comprises 125 National Contract Bridge Organizations. WBF is the affiliated member of International Olympic Committee (IOC), Association of Recognised International Sport Federations (ARISF), the General Association of Internationals Sports Federations (GAISF), and International Mind Sports Association (IMSA). WBF owns various world-class bridge competitions, within which Ourgame was recognized as the exclusive organizer of the World Wide Bridge Contest from 2015 and successfully co-organized World Bridge Series Championships and Online Bridge Championships with WBF. 

Mahjong International League (MIL) was registered in July 2015 in Lausanne, Switzerland. As the only official international Mahjong organization, it is consisted of official Mahjong federations from more than 30 countries and regions. MIL dedicates to coordinate Mahjong organizations worldwide, to develop a system and game rules of Mahjong, and to promote the development of Mahjong towards a regular, professional competitive global mind sport. IMSA held its first Executive Board Meeting in April 2017 and accepted MIL as a full member of IMSA. Mr. NG Kwok Leung, the CEO of Ourgame, was elected as president of MIL.
